What are your store hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. During major holidays, hours may vary — feel free to call ahead at 239-228-2032 to confirm.
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer local delivery throughout Hialeah and the greater Miami-Dade area. Delivery is available for bulk orders, oversized items, and heavy materials. Same-day delivery may be available depending on order timing and location. Contact us to schedule a delivery or get a quote.
Can I set up a contractor account?
Absolutely. We offer dedicated contractor accounts with trade pricing, priority order handling, job site delivery, and detailed invoicing. To get started, call us or visit the store with your business and license information. Most accounts are approved within one to two business days.
What types of products do you carry?
We carry a wide range of hardware products including hand tools, power tools, building materials (lumber, concrete, drywall), electrical supplies, plumbing fixtures and parts, paint and finishes, safety equipment, fasteners, adhesives, lawn and garden supplies, and general home hardware. If you need something specific, we can also place special orders through our distribution network.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?

Can you cut lumber or pipes to size?

Do you make keys?
Yes, we provide key duplication services for standard house keys, office keys, padlock keys, and cabinet keys. Most keys are duplicated while you wait. Stop by during business hours and we will have your copies ready in minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and approved contractor accounts may have net terms available. For large orders, please contact us to discuss payment arrangements.
Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on most products within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Can you order items you don't have in stock?
Yes, we offer special ordering for items not currently in our inventory.
